The landlord tricked us by showing us one apartment, but provided keys to a totally different one. not the standard w/d you must have the elect. connection for the dryer and a sink style hook up enabled washer usually only the mini w/d work for the apartment .Sorry Hope you get it worked out.WS
NO. You need venting to the outside for the dryer and a 220 outlet. For the washer, you need hot and cold water into the machine and a drain for the machine. It is virtually impossible to do without knocking down walls and installing extra plumbing.
