Both of those answers above are wrong.
If you are tripping a breaker every time you turn on the washer the problem is in the washer.
You have a electrical short or a seized pump or motor in the washer and it is drawing too much amperage. Call a washer repair man or just replace the washer.
How many other items are on the same fuse? If you have overloaded the fuse, this will cause it to trip. Also, how old is your wiring? It may be in need of a redo.
